Connecting Ideas: EAP at GLEAN’s Researcher Roundtable Luncheon

On November 13, the James E. Rogers Energy Access Project at Duke (EAP)’s Rafia Zaman and Rahel Deribe Bekele joined the Global Energy Access Network (GLEAN) for an interactive roundtable.

Students learned about their research on rural electrification and household welfare in Ethiopia, as well as strategies for adapting to water scarcity in rice irrigation through the Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) pilot in northwestern Bangladesh.

We’re grateful to GLEAN for creating this platform and are proud to support their work in fostering student learning and research exchange.
