Lunch + Learn: Riccardo Ridolfi, CEO & Co-Founder, Equatorial Power, Board Director, Umeme
Duke students are invited to join a lunch with Riccardo Ridolfi, CEO & co-founder of Equatorial Power and board director at African utility Umeme. You’ll hear from Riccardo about the African utilities of the future and ask him your questions about what that might look like—from the role of distributed renewables to the opportunities for integrating the grid with electric vehicles.
The event will take place 12-1 p.m. ET on Wed., April 27 on the Gross Hall portico.
All current Duke students are invited to attend. Seating is limited and lunch will be provided— please register early so we can order enough for everyone!
This event is sponsored by the James E. Rogers Energy Access Project, GLEAN, the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, and the Duke University Energy Initiative.
