Team Leader, Africa Clean Energy TAF

Pauline, a lawyer by training, is the Team Leader for the Africa Clean Energy Technical Assistance Facility, a programme funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO formerly DFID). The programme aims to catalyse a market based approach for private sector delivery of renewable energy electrification technologies with a focus on high quality stand alone solar systems. ACE TAF covers 14 countries – Senegal, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. Previously Pauline was the Director for External Affairs at M-KOPA and prior to that Pauline had worked 11 years in the microfinance sector rising to the position of CEO of Century Microfinance Bank.
