Shefali Khanna is a Research Associate in Energy and Environmental Economics at Imperial College London. Her current research focuses on understanding the drivers of demand for energy and clean technologies as well as on evaluating the design and impact of climate policies. She earned a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program and a Ph.D. Student Affiliate of Evidence for Policy Design at the Center for International Development. Prior to her Ph.D., she was a Research Assistant at Resources for the Future and she received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
