Sied Hassen

Sied Hassen is a senior research fellow at the Environment and Climate Research Center (ECRC), Policy Studies Institute, coordinating the Centre’s energy research programme. Sied previously worked as a lecturer at the Economics Department of Mekelle University and as an assistant professor at the Department of Economics, Addis Ababa University. His works mainly focuses on household and enterprise energy efficiency and energy access issues. He has published in international journals such as Energy Economics, Energy Policy and Resource and other energy economics journals. He has a PhD from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
